## Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time is refunded the amount paid less a 2.89% transaction fee. Cancelling 24 hours or less before pickup is still permitted with a partial refund: bookings under A$200 are refunded 50%, and bookings of A$200 or more are refunded the balance less an A$100 cancellation fee. Cancellations after the scheduled pickup time, no-shows and early returns are not eligible for a refund. Pay at Desk bookings carry an A$50 reservation deposit that is non-refundable in all cases.
