T1
After collecting your luggage at T1 (International), Exit the terminal and head to your left from the terminal and look for the "Ride Share" sign. Follow the signs and look for the Simba Bus.
Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions
T2
After collecting your luggage exit the T2 terminal on the right, go beyond the bus signage and cross at the pedestrian lights. You'll find our shuttle waiting at "Priority Pickup Area C" clearly marked as Green.
T3
For those at T3 (Qantas Terminal), leave the terminal turning left and cross at the pedestrian crossing to find our shuttle at "Priority Pickup Area C".
To ensure timely airport arrival, please anticipate around a 20 minute wait for the shuttle.
